Got Milk? {Giveaway!}

I admit.  I'm not much of a straight-up milk drinker. I try to add diary to my diet, but I'm not sure ice cream qualifies.

So when I was asked to partner with the Midwest Dairy Council to bring you June Dairy Month, I jumped on board so I could learn more.

  • Vitamin B12: Milk and yogurt are also excellent sources of B12, which helps maintain healthy red blood cells and nerve tissue.
